Biggwin regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• For each bonus, the Wagering Requirement (WR) Specified separately on the promotions page.
• Bonuses are generally restricted to specific games and cannot be used across all games.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• If a new bonus is activated while another is still in progress, the previous bonus May be forfeited।

• Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

Every game on Biggwin is conducted in a completely fair and transparent manner. The following rules apply across all games:

• If a technical issue occurs during any game or bet, Biggwin reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the wager.
• In Live Casino games The dealer's decision is final, however, appeals may be submitted in the case of an obvious error.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game, the result will be calculated based on the game's last recorded state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Biggwin platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with game outcomes

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity on the platform
• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct toward other members
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities

Biggwin may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms
• Suspicion of Fraud or Cheating
• Refusal to complete KYC verification
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Misconduct Towards Customer Support

Members may also close their account at any time of their own choosing. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded in accordance with the standard process.
